…ng, virtual shadow database & wire masking

- Crates / Rust Core:
  * crates/dbshield-core with zero-GC PostgreSQL Protocol 3.0 & MySQL wire parsers
  * High-concurrency async connection pooling (crates/dbshield-core/src/pool.rs)
  * Protocol-level copy-on-write virtual shadow database (crates/dbshield-core/src/shadow.rs)
  * Wire-level dynamic PII masking & format-preserving pseudonymization (crates/dbshield-core/src/masking.rs)
- TypeScript Runtime Parity:
  * HighConcurrencyConnectionPool with bounded queues, heartbeat healthchecks, and sub-millisecond reuse
  * VirtualShadowDatabase copy-on-write simulation layer intercepting destructive queries (DROP TABLE, unconstrained DELETE) safely
  * ProtocolWireMasker for streaming PII field masking before LLM context ingestion
- Unit Tests:
  * tests/phase2-wire-engine.test.ts verifying pooling, shadow isolation, and pseudonymization
